CIRCLE combines the joy of grilling with shared enjoyment in a compact and uncomplicated way, bringing grilling over an open flame to any place you desire. Powered by bioethanol, this multifunctional tabletop grill creates a continuous rhythm of placing, turning and enjoying. Its distinctive circular design turns CIRCLE into a 360° grilling experience and fosters a sociable atmosphere where conversation, laughter and culinary creativity emerge naturally.
Grilling is done over real fire on a solid cast-iron plancha. It impresses with a generous grilling surface, multiple temperature zones and virtually limitless possibilities – from juicy steaks and delicate scampi to vegetables or sweet dessert creations.
The flame height can be adjusted continuously via the control dial, allowing for precise temperature control. For everything that needs to stay warm, six optional warming pans can be slid underneath the plancha – ideal for side dishes or already grilled food. Thanks to the gentle, constant heat, flavours are preserved, allowing the grill menu to be enjoyed at your own pace.
CIRCLE operates without electricity or charcoal, using clean, odourless, soot- and smoke-free bioethanol instead. This allows you to grill wherever you have always wanted – indoors or outdoors. The tabletop grill is safely filled via the integrated safety lock and burns continuously for two hours. Six flames ensure even heat distribution across the entire grilling surface, while the included flame extinguisher guarantees safe extinguishing.

Ich war ehrlich überrascht, wie viel Hitze CIRCLE auf die Plancha bringt. Die Röstaromen sind richtig stark und gleichzeitig lässt sich die Temperatur super fein über das Drehrad regulieren. Genau diese Mischung aus Feuer und Kontrolle macht beim professionellen Kochen einfach Spaß.

Ich kann ihn einfach überall mit hinnehmen und mein Kopf sprudelt sofort voller Ideen für neue Gerichte und Abende mit Freunden. Das Beste daran: Durch das 360°-Erlebnis wird jeder am Tisch irgendwie selbst zum kleinen Koch und plötzlich entsteht ein gemeinsames Erlebnis.

CIRCLE requires no electricity or gas and can be taken anywhere thanks to clean bioethanol. Thanks to its compact design, CIRCLE fits even on the smallest table, and its round shape makes it a true 360° grilling experience: with this tabletop grill, you can grill, turn and enjoy from all sides at the same time. The result is special moments of enjoyment that are made to be shared.
Real fire & full control
CIRCLE brings real fire and gives you full control over it. The flame height can be adjusted continuously using the control dial, allowing you to regulate the heat precisely, while the fire can be safely extinguished at any time with the included flame snuffer. At full flame height, the centre of the plancha reaches up to 300 °C, while the outer ring reaches up to 200 °C.
Two levels for grilling & cooking
The plancha is ready to be covered across its entire surface with your culinary ideas. Thanks to different temperature zones, all ingredients can be cooked to perfection on the cast iron plate. While grilling takes place on top, the pans underneath keep side dishes warm and bring additional ideas directly to the table.

Your grilling experience in just a few steps
Step 1: Filling
Remove the burner from the base and place it on a level, stable surface. Open the tank lid and fill in max. 650 ml höfats liquid bioethanol (green cap). Then close the tank lid and reinsert the burner.
Step 2: Ignition
Make sure the control ring is fully turned down (for maximum flame height) and light CIRCLE using a long lighter through the punched flame openings.
Step 3: Preheating
Allow the plancha to preheat for approx. 5–10 minutes before you start grilling. This ensures the perfect start to your cooking experience!
Step 4: Enjoy
Place your food on the grill, turn it and enjoy together. Everything happens right at the table – everyone becomes part of the moment.
FAQ
Can I use CIRCLE indoors as well?
Yes, CIRCLE can be used both indoors and outdoors.
Which bioethanol should I use for CIRCLE?
Use only our höfats liquid bioethanol with the green cap for CIRCLE. Only then can we guarantee that the fuel burns odor- and smoke-free and can also be used indoors.
Can I refill bioethanol while grilling?
No. You cannot refill bioethanol while it is burning. Wait until CIRCLE has completely cooled down before relighting or moving it.
Can I adjust the flame height myself?
Yes. Using the CIRCLE control ring, you can adjust the flame height of all burners simultaneously and set your desired temperature.
How long does it take before I can start grilling?
Let the Plancha heat up for 5–10 minutes to reach the proper temperature before you start grilling.
How do I extinguish the flames?
The flames are safely extinguished using the flame extinguisher included in the package, by blowing them out through the holes under the glass cylinder.
Which oil is suitable for grilling on the Plancha?
Use oils with a high smoke point, such as rapeseed, peanut, or avocado oil. Avoid cold-pressed oils or butter on the Plancha. Use as little oil and marinade as possible to reduce smoke and odors.
Is the Plancha free from PFAS substances?
Yes, the Plancha grill plate, as well as all other grilling products for CIRCLE, are free from per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
Do the flames go out in the wind?
No. The flames are protected by the glass cylinder and will not go out in normal wind. However, for optimal temperatures when grilling and cooking, it is recommended to use CIRCLE in a sheltered location so that the flames can reach their full intensity.
Will there be additional accessories for CIRCLE in the future?
Yes. CIRCLE is deliberately designed as an open system that goes far beyond the classic tabletop grill. Around the fire in the center of the table, a new world of grilling and cooking emerges. Accordingly, we are continuously working on new accessories and expansions that enable additional cooking methods and further enhance the CIRCLE experience.
How can I clean my CIRCLE, Plancha, and small pan?
Plancha: Plancha: Remove food residues preferably while warm using a rounded spatula, then wipe the Plancha with a kitchen towel. After it has cooled, you can clean the Plancha by hand with water and mild detergent. Do not use steel wool, wire brushes, or abrasive cleaners. A soft brush or sponge is suitable.
Small Pan: Also remove food residues while warm using the included wooden spatula. After cooling, the small pans can be washed by hand with mild detergent or in the dishwasher. The wooden spatulas are not dishwasher-safe.
Burner Unit: Carefully clean the outside of the burner with a damp cloth. Do not clean the ends of the wick tubes. Internal cleaning is not necessary. Never put the burner in the dishwasher or hold it under running water.
