IN THE MOOD FOR BURGERS?

Sizzling on the grill and tickling the tongue, burgers bring back childhood memories. They're usually so generously topped that you can't keep your fingers clean and the best burger sauce gets stuck in the corners of your mouth. We show you two of our favourite recipes and tell you how to use a spatula and scraper to create the perfect patties over the flame.

4 steps to your perfect Smash Burger

a man is cooking on a grill with flames

We want it hot

Light the fire in your BOWL and set the planchas in place. Give the cast-iron plates a few minutes to heat up and get your burger patties in the meantime.

Let's smash

Drizzle the planchas with heat-resistant oil and place the patties on top. Press each patty down with the spatula and use the scraper at right angles to apply extra pressure and make the patties as thin as possible.
