The CIRCLE 35 Fondue Set expands CIRCLE 35 with a versatile fondue experience over real fire and creates a sociable 360° experience where everyone around the pot can share the enjoyment equally.
The solid cast-iron fondue pot reliably retains heat and keeps broth or oil at a consistent temperature. The splash guard with six fondue forks ensures a comfortable and safe fondue experience with meat, fish or vegetables. Colour indicators on the ends of the handles make it easy to identify each fork at the table, while the forks can be securely hooked onto the splash guard. This allows the ingredients to cook evenly without touching the bottom of the pot.
With the splash guard removed, the Fondue Set is equally suitable for creamy cheese fondue, indulgent chocolate fondue variations or traditional one-pot dishes. CIRCLE therefore opens up a wide range of possibilities for shared culinary moments – far beyond classic fondue.

CIRCLE requires no electricity or gas and can be used flexibly wherever you like with bioethanol. Its compact design fits even on small tables, while its round shape creates a true 360° fondue experience: Gather around the fondue pot and enjoy the full variety of fondue together – whether with broth, oil, cheese or chocolate.
Real fire & full control
CIRCLE brings real fire to the table and gives you full control over it. The control ring lets you continuously adjust the flame height and precisely regulate the heat. With the included flame extinguisher, you can safely extinguish the fire at any time. This makes it easy to adjust the heat to suit your type of fondue.

Your fondue in just a few steps
Step 1: Filling
Remove the burner from the base and place it on a level, stable surface. Open the tank lid and fill in max. 650 ml höfats liquid bioethanol (green cap). Then close the tank lid and reinsert the burner.
Step 2: Ignition
Make sure the control ring is fully turned down (for maximum flame height) and light CIRCLE using a long lighter through the punched flame openings.
Step 3: Preheat
Let the pot preheat for about 5–10 minutes before you start your fondue or begin cooking.
Step 4: Enjoy
Dip in your fondue skewers, mix and match as you like and enjoy together. Everything happens right at the table, making everyone part of the moment.

Can I use CIRCLE indoors?
Yes, CIRCLE can be used both indoors and outdoors.
Which bioethanol should I use for CIRCLE?
Only use our liquid höfats bioethanol with the green cap for CIRCLE. Only then can we guarantee that the fuel burns without smoke or odour and is suitable for indoor use.
Can I refill the bioethanol during use?
No. You cannot refill bioethanol while CIRCLE is burning. Wait until CIRCLE has cooled down completely before relighting or moving it.
Can I adjust the flame height myself?
Yes. The CIRCLE control ring allows you to adjust the height of all flames simultaneously and set your desired temperature. If six flames still generate too much heat, you can extinguish every second flame to reduce the heat even further. The individual flames can be relit at any time using a lighter.
How long does it take before I can start with the fondue?
Allow the pot to heat up for 10 minutes so that the oil / broth reaches a suitable temperature for your fondue. Cheese fondue may take a little longer. You can start as soon as the cheese has melted.

How do I extinguish the flames?
The flames can be safely blown out through the holes underneath the glass cylinder using the flame extinguisher included in the scope of delivery.
Is the fondue pot PFAS-free?
Yes, the fondue pot and all other grill products for CIRCLE are free from per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
Which types of hob is the enamelled cast iron pot suitable for?
The enamelled cast iron pot is suitable for all common types of hob: induction, gas, electric and ceramic. Heat the pot slowly at a low to medium temperature. On delicate hobs, always lift the pot rather than sliding it across the surface to avoid scratches.
Which fat / cheese is suitable for fondue with CIRCLE?
We have had the best results with solid vegetable fat. Simply place the block of fat in the pot and let it melt slowly.
For cheese fondue, we recommend special fondue cheese mixtures from the supermarket or your local dairy. Alternatively, you can prepare your own fondue mixture:
How do I clean my fondue pot?
To preserve the high-quality coating of the pot in the long term, we recommend cleaning it by hand. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaning products.
After a cheese fondue, it is best to let any cheese residue cool and harden completely. It can then be easily removed from the pot.
