Grilled courgettes with feta and herbs
Ingredients:
- Courgette
- Feta cheese
- Dried tomatoes in oil
- Fresh thyme
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Cut the courgettes lengthways and hollow out.
2. Coat with olive oil and grill on the cut surface.
3. Crumble the feta, chop the dried tomatoes and mix in the herbs.
4. Turn the courgettes, fill and grill briefly.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
Stuffed mushrooms with cream cheese and herbs
Ingredients:
- Large mushrooms
- Herb cream cheese
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh chives
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
2. Fill with herb cream cheese.
3. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the herbs.
4. Grill on the plancha until it's soft and lightly browned.
Mediterranean shashlik
Ingredients:
- Beef
- Peppers
- Onions
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- Skewers (wood or metal)
Preparation:
1. Cut the beef into bite-sized cubes.
2. Roughly dice the peppers and onions.
3. Marinate the meat with olive oil, rosemary and garlic.
4. Alternate the meat, peppers and onions on skewers.
5. Grill on the plancha on all sides.
